The installation diameter is the first technical constraint. Standard sizes range from micro to industrial scales:

• 6mm to 10mm: Ideal for compact devices and medical instruments.
• 12mm to 22mm: The industry standard for control panels and machinery.
• Tip: Always measure your panel's thickness to ensure the mounting nut has enough thread to grip.

3. Housing Material

• Metal(Stainless/Chrome): Best for heavy-duty, anti-vandal, or high-temp environments.
• Plastic(Polycarbonate/Nylon): Cost-effective and lightweight; ideal for indoor consumer goods.

4. Protection Rating

• Indoor/Dry: IP40 is sufficient.
• Outdoor/Washdown: Look for IP65 or IP67 ratings. These are waterproof/dustproof and include a silicone O-ring to prevent leaks.

1. Flat Head: Sleek and flush with the panel. It prevents accidental impact and offers a modern look.
2. Concave Head: Recessed lens that focuses light. Ideal for precision status centering in dark environments.
3. High Head: Protrudes from the panel to provide the widest viewing angle (180°). Best for long-distance alerts.
