4-PIN LED Push Button Switch Wiring Guide

A 4-PIN switch consists of two parts: Switch Contacts (to control the device) and LED Terminals (marked with + and -). Below are two ways to wire the LED indicator.

  • Horizontal Pins: The switch mechanism (Power In / Load Out).
  • Vertical Pins (+ / -): The LED indicator light terminals.

Method 1: LED Synchronized with Device (On when Active)

Logic: The button light only turns ON when the device is running. It serves as a "Status Indicator."

  • Wiring: Connect LED (+) to the Output side of the switch. LED (-) to Power Negative.
  • Applications: Power start buttons, car fog lights, industrial machinery.
