Filn has American UL certificate, German VDE certificate, European Union CE certificate, European ROSH certificate, waterproof IP67 certificate, European CB certificate, China CCC certificate, and ISO90001 quality management system certificate

3.WHERE ARE FILN PRODUCTS MADE?

4.WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

FILN supports payment through Paypal and wire transfer.

5.HOW CAN I PURCHASE FILNPRODUCTS?

There are two ways to get FILN products ,by sending mails  to inquiry@cnylin,com.cn or AliExpress store.

6.WHAT’S THE LEADING TIME OF ORDERS?

For regular products, our leading time is 2-3 working days at receipt of your payment. For customization products, leading time depends on our production line.

10.What is the return strategy for FILN?

You have 15 calendar days to return items from the date you received it.

To qualify for return, your item must be unused and under the same conditions that you receive it.Your project must be packaged in the original.

Authorization must be obtained before return.Tools returned without this authorization will not be accepted.If it is a customized product, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

FILN companies can customize products, also can do OEM or ODM

The minimum order quantity for FILN products is 1 PCS.
