The rocker switch, also known as the waveform switch, has the same structure as the toggle switch, except that the knob is changed to the boat. Boat switch is commonly used as a power switch of electronic equipment.
Its contacts are divided into single pole single throw and double pole double throw, etc. Some switches are also equipped with indicators, which are called boat switch with light.
