INSTALLATION GUIDE

  1. Panel Cut-out: Create a 19mm circular opening on your panel.
  2. Switch Placement: Insert the metal button from the front of the panel.
  3. Hardware Order: Slide the rubber seal onto the button from the back, followed by the metal nut.
  4. Tightening: Tighten the hex nut (Torque 5-10 N.m) to ensure the waterproof seal is compressed.
  5. Wiring: Solder wires to the 4 pins or use a dedicated FILN wiring harness.

A 4-PIN switch consists of two parts: Switch Contacts (to control the device) and LED Terminals (marked with + and -). Below are two ways to wire the LED indicator.

  • Horizontal Pins: The switch mechanism (Power In / Load Out).
  • Vertical Pins (+ / -): The LED indicator light terminals.

Method 1: LED Synchronized with Device (On when Active)

Logic: The button light only turns ON when the device is running. It serves as a "Status Indicator."

  • Wiring: Connect LED (+) to the Output side of the switch. LED (-) to Power Negative.
